Raphinha — The Most Complete Attacking Option

Raphinha’s 93 PAC, 90 PAS and 89 DRI make him much more than a quick CAM. He can carry possession through the middle, play the final pass or attack the space a striker leaves behind. Four-star skill moves, a five-star weak foot and Technical+ add to his appeal against a crowded defence.

Use him as the link between midfield and attack, with at least one teammate making runs beyond him. His pace gives you the option to burst forward when a defender commits, while his passing keeps the attack moving when that route closes. His alternate attacking positions also make him easier to accommodate if you change formation.

He is the standout all-round attacking target in this selection, but that does not make him a must-buy for every squad. If your current creator already does this job well, fixing a weaker position may make a bigger difference than concentrating the budget in one card.

Cristiano Ronaldo — A LW Card With a Striker’s Threat

Ronaldo arrives at LW with ST as an alternate position. His 90 PAC, 89 SHO and 87 DRI are backed by five-star skill moves, a five-star weak foot and Rapid+. That combination makes him especially appealing when you want an attacker who can threaten either side of a defender before finishing.

At LW, direct his involvement towards the penalty area rather than asking him to supply every chance from the touchline. At ST, nearby passing options can help him receive, turn and get the shot away. His 79 PAS is useful enough for combinations, but Raphinha and Zola offer stronger passing totals for a dedicated creative role.

The choice is about how you attack: Ronaldo is the more natural target for players who want a scorer at the end of the move, while Raphinha is better suited to shaping the move itself.

Gianfranco Zola — Quick Combinations Through the Middle

Zola’s 90 DRI, 89 SHO and 87 PAS give him a strong balance for a central forward. His four-star skill moves, four-star weak foot and Low Driven Shot+ suit an attack built around receiving to feet and creating a clean shooting angle.

Play into him with a runner nearby. A short exchange can pull a centre-back out of line and open a route into the box without needing a long sprint. His 88 PAC is still useful for attacking gaps, but the passing and dribbling are why he deserves attention in a possession-based front line.

His 67 PHY is the clearest trade-off. Avoid treating him as a target man who must hold off a centre-back for several seconds. Support him with close passing options, or pair him with a more physical forward who can take that responsibility.

Jaap Stam — A Defensive Anchor With CB Flexibility

Stam is a CDM with CB as an alternate position, combining 85 PAC, 90 DEF and 89 PHY. Jockey+ reinforces a card whose main purpose is stopping attacks rather than dictating them.

At CDM, he makes sense when your other midfielders need a reliable defensive presence behind them. Give him a nearby distributor so that winning the ball does not leave him responsible for every difficult pass. His 71 PAS and 70 DRI are the reasons to keep his possession role straightforward.

If you prefer more fluid midfielders, starting him at CB may be the cleaner fit. That uses the defending, physicality and recovery pace without putting as much pressure on his ability to turn and create under a midfield press.

Salma Paralluelo — The Fastest Player in Team 1

Salma leads this squad with 94 PAC, supported by 86 SHO, 86 DRI and 79 PHY. Her ST position, four-star skill moves, four-star weak foot and Gamechanger+ give you an aggressive attacking option with the speed to punish space behind the defence.

She is particularly interesting beside a creator who can release the ball early. Triggering a run is useful only if the pass arrives while the lane is open, so build a clear connection between her and your CAM or deeper passer. Her wide alternate positions also give you options if the opponent closes the centre.

With 80 PAS, she can take part in combinations, but she is better used as a runner and scoring threat than as the player responsible for every final ball. Pairing her with a more creative attacker makes better use of what this card does best.

Dominik Szoboszlai — More Than a Position-Change Gimmick

Szoboszlai’s RB item is one of the most flexible cards in Team 1. It combines 88 PAS with 85 PAC, 85 DRI, 85 DEF and 84 PHY, and also covers CDM, RM, CM and CAM.

At right-back, that passing gives you another way out of pressure: he can connect with a midfielder instead of repeatedly clearing down the line. If you want those qualities involved more often, his central positions let him operate closer to the build-up. Four-star skill moves and a four-star weak foot make that flexibility easier to use.

The decision is where your team needs him most. An attacking full-back role can use the range of attributes, while a midfield role gives his passing more influence. Avoid paying for the novelty of an RB label if you already have a full-back who suits your system.

Selina Vobian — A Creative Option on the Left

Vobian combines 88 PAC, 86 PAS and 87 DRI in an 86-rated LM item. That balance suits a wide player who carries possession forward and then looks for a short combination or a pass into the box.

Use her with an overlapping full-back or a striker offering a nearby passing option. Her 83 SHO lets her join the attack, but the passing and dribbling are the main reasons to consider her. With 60 DEF, she should have defensive support rather than carry responsibility for protecting the entire flank.

Tahith Chong — Direct Running From the Right

Chong’s 89 PAC and 87 DRI make the 85-rated RM a useful comparison for players seeking a more direct wide runner. His 83 PAS also gives him enough scope to exchange passes instead of forcing a dribble on every possession.

Look to receive in space, move the defender and combine with a supporting midfielder when the outside route closes. His 81 SHO suggests keeping a more reliable scorer central rather than making Chong your main goal threat. He is a targeted option for width and progression, not an automatic upgrade for every attack.

Castello Lukeba — Defensive Flexibility at LB or CB

Lukeba brings 84 PAC, 84 DRI and 86 DEF to an 85-rated LB item, with CB as an alternate position. He is worth considering when your priority is a defender who can move with the ball after winning it.

At LB, keep his attacking role focused on supporting possession and recovering his position. At CB, his defending and dribbling offer a different balance from a more physical stopper. His 46 SHO matters little to either job; assess his defensive fit and chemistry rather than dismissing him because of the overall rating.
