Flins Best Premium Teams
As the premium DPS option for the special Lunar-Charge Reaction for Nod-Krai contents from Genshin Impact version 6.0 moving forward, Flins teams are quite restrictive in nature due to him needing at least 2 different Nod-Krai characters in the same team in order to maximize his damage output as a Lunar-charged DPS character with the effect of Nod-Krai’s Moonsign Ascendant Gleam. Additionally, due to how Lunar-charge works with its damage being increased with the help of Elemental Mastery and the party effect of other characters, the other 2 teammates aside from Flins and another Nod-krai character are also very important considerations to best maximize the party elemental effects.
Flins Ineffa Premium Dual Carry Lunar-charged Team
Released as a supporter for Lunar-charged team, Ineffa is one of the ideal Nod-Krai characters that players can bring together with Flins to fulfill the Moonsign requirements for the party and maximize the damage output of the Lunar-charged Elemental Reaction created by both characters. With both Flins and Ineffa being Electro characters, the last two teammates that players should bring for the team should contain characters with the ability to either boost the team’s Elemental Reaction damage output, boost the team’s Elemental Mastery or just characters with strong Hydro Off Field Hydro application with high Elemental Mastery or Max HP builds.
Some of the best variations for this kind of team includes:
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Ineffa |
Aino |
Kokomi |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS |
Elemental Enabler |
Sustain |
The first variation of the Flins and Ineffa dual carry Lunar-charged team includes an additional Nod-krai character in the form of Aino. With Aino in the team being able to deal better Hydro damage and apply Hydro better when the Ascendant Gleam effect is achieved, she can be a very strong off field Hydro Enabler for both Flins and Ineffa to create Lunar-Charged Elemental Reaction on the field to deal damage.
However, please note that since Aino is from Nod-Krai as well, players will not be able to use her to count for the special Non Nod-Krai party effect which boost the damage of Lunar-Charged based on the Max HP of Non Nod-Krai Hydro characters in the party. This can be somewhat mitigated by running Kokomi as the sustain option for the team, with her high Max HP and the ability to heal the entire team while also providing off field Hydro application for the Lunar-charge Elemental Reaction.

|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Ineffa |
Yelan |
Kokomi |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS |
Elemental Enabler |
Sustain |
A slightly better variant of the Flins and Ineffa Dual Carry Lunar-charged team, this time with the use of Yelan. Taking advantage of the fact that aside from being a Lunar-Charge DPS character, Flins also want to be on the field as long as possible to use his Electro-infused Normal and Charge Attacks, players can supplement Flins’ on field damage and help him create Lunar-charge elemental reactions by pairing him up with Yelan. Ineffa serves as a sub DPS in the team to switch in for Flins when his abilities are on cooldown while Kokomi serves as both a healing option while also providing an additional off field Hydro Application source.
This team variant also fulfills the condition of having 2 non Nod-Krai characters in the party with 2 Hydro characters with High Max HP to increase the Lunar-charge Elemental Reaction Damage to the maximum.
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Ineffa |
Yelan |
Sucrose |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS |
Elemental Enabler |
Support |
This Variant of the team focuses on boosting the team’s damage to the maximum with both the Non Nod-Krai characters being strong supporting characters, including Yelan with the ability to supplement Flins’ On field damage and help facilitate Lunar-charge Elemental Reaction and Sucrose having the ability to bring strong Elemental Boosting Weapons, having high Elemental Mastery, being able to crowd control large groups of enemies and can shred the enemies’ Electro and Hydro Resistances with her artifact set.
The main downside of this team is the fact that you will be extremely vulnerable without any sustain characters, so this team should only be used for players who have mastered the art of dodging or players that want to maximize their damage to clear end game contents as quickly as possible
Flins Premium Hypercarry Lunar-charged Team
Unlike the Flins and Ineffa Dual Carry Lunar-charge team, the variation of Flins Hypercarry Lunar-charge team requires players to run Flins together with at least 1 additional Nod-krai character to fulfill his Talent’s effect to boost his Lunar-charge damage output. Therefore, Aino and future Electro/Hydro Nod-Krai characters will be required to run alongside Flins to maximize his damage output. The other characters on the team should include 2 Non Nod-Krai characters with the ability to boost the damage output of Lunar-Charge elemental reactions even more.
Some of the best variations for this team includes:
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Raiden Shogun/ Yae Miko |
Aino |
Yelan |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS |
Elemental Enabler |
Elemental Enabler |
This variation of the Flins Hypercarry Lunar-charge team focuses on taking advantage of Aino and Yelan’s strong off field Hydro application effect that triggers together with Flins’ Normal Attacks to allow him to constantly trigger Lunar-Charge when he is on field. Raiden Shogun or Yae Miko are used as a sub DPS option for their ability to additionally supplement the team’s damage with their off field Electro abilities. However, for this team to work, players should build Raiden Shogun or Yae Miko with high attack and high Elemental Mastery to boost the damage output of Lunar-charge and Electro-charge damage as much as possible.
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Yelan |
Aino |
Kokomi |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS |
Elemental Enabler |
Sustain |
This variation of the team is a safer variation of the previous team, exchanging additional damage from Raiden Shogun or Yae Miko with an additional off field Hydro Enabler and Sustain character in the form of Kokomi. This team functions almost identical to the previous team with a lower damage ceiling and requires Flins to be on field for a long period of time, so players will need to invest in Flins way more when using this team variation.
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Sucrose |
Aino |
Kokomi |
Main DPS |
Support |
Elemental Enabler |
Sustain |
The last variation of this type of team is focused on maximizing Flins’ personal damage output as much as possible by utilizing a support build Sucrose on Elemental Damage boosting Weapon and Anemo Artifact to reduce enemies’ Electro and Hydro Elemental Resistances, allowing Flins’ personal damage to shine better, both in terms of Electro damage and Lunar-Charge Damage output. Kokomi is used as a sustain option and an additional Hydro off field Enabler with Aino, however, if players want to play more dangerously for better damage, Kokomi can be replaced with Yelan.
Flins Best F2P Teams
Flins F2P teams function almost identical to his Premium Hypercarry team, with players running Flins together with Aino to fulfill the Nod-Krai Moonsign requirements while supplementing the team’s damage with various characters with the ability to boost the damage output of Lunar-charge, Electro-charge and various characters with the ability to help support Flins while he is on field with their off field abilities and effects. Please note that since Aino is a free 4* character, she is almost mandatory to run with Flins in these F2P teams due to her accessibility and the 2 Nod-Krai characters in a party requirement for Flin’s Talent.
Some of the best F2P Flins Teams includes:
Flins Xingqiu Normal Attack Team
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Xingqiu |
Aino |
Ororon |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS |
Elemental Enabler |
Support |
This team is one of the most offensive Flins F2P team, with Xinqiu Elemental burst being able to trigger and supplement Flins’ on field damage when he uses his Electro-infused Normal attacks, allowing Flins to constantly trigger Lunar-charge. Ororon is used in this team to supplement the damage output of Electro-charge and Lunar-Charge elemental reactions created by Flins, allowing Flins to deal even more damage. Once again, due to how offensive this team is and due to how this team doesn’t have a sustain, it is quite important for players to be careful when using this team.
Flins Fischl Dual Electro Team
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Fischl |
Aino |
Sucrose |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS |
Elemental Enabler |
Support |
A variation of the previous F2P team that replaces Xingqiu with Fischl, this team aims to lessen the burden of damage on Flins as a main DPS by supplement his damage output with the help of Fischl and her off field Electro damage in the form of Oz. With both Flins and Oz on field together and Aino’s off field Hydro Application, players can constantly trigger and alternate between Lunar-charge and Electro-charge, allowing the team damage output to be quite consistent. Sucrose is chosen as a support to supplement the team’s damage overall by boosting the team’s Elemental Mastery and reduces the enemies’ Electro resistance.
Flins Safe F2P Team
|
|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Flins |
Shinobu |
Aino |
Sucrose |
Main DPS |
Sub DPS/ Sustain |
Elemental Enabler |
Support |
The final variation of the Flins F2P team is the safest option for a Flins centric team while still offering strong damage output thanks to the help of Shinobu and her strong Elemental Mastery based healing skill kit. Function similarly to the Fischl team but with a bit less damage and a little more sustain, the team’s damage output relies on Flins being able to trigger constant Lunar-charge with Aino’s Hydro marks on the enemies while Shinobu also help trigger Electro-charge against the enemies with her off field Electro ring with healing abilities. Sucrose is once again used as a support to supplement the team’s damage with her Elemental Mastery boosting ability.
Conclusion
The keeper of the lighthouse and one of the main focus of the Nod-krai Lunar Elemental Reactions, Flins serves as the premium main DPS character for the upcoming contents revolving Lunar-charge for the foreseeable future of Genshin Impact’s end game contents. Therefore, we hope that with this guide, players will have a better understanding of the best teams and best teammates that can run together with Flins in order for him to shine his best for Genshin Impact Version Update 6.0 Contents and onwards.
