New Characters

Phase 1: Columbina

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐｜Element: Hydro ｜ Weapon: Catalyst

Columbina, the Moon Maiden in Genshin Impact, designed as a sub-DPS focused on Lunar reactions. She basically fills the weak Hydro slot in most Nod-Krai teams. Columbina’s kit revolves around Hydro application, Lunar reaction triggers and Lunar reactions DMG boosts.

Her skill summons a long-lasting moon ring that deals continuous Hydro and generating Gravity Ripple points whenever the team triggers Lunar reactions. Every time she reaches 60 points, she unleashes a special Attack, which is the main source of her damage and adapts its type to whichever Lunar reaction was triggered the most. Her Burst creates a domain that buffs all Lunar damage for the entire team, while also enhancing specific Lunar reactions.

Columbina’s overall damage and support scale primarily with her Max HP, which increases the base damage of all Lunar reactions. So she is a perfect and must-have character for Travelers who have invested for Nod-Krai units like Flins, Lauma, and Nefer.

Phase 2: Zi Bai

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Geo | Weapon: Sword

Zibai is the main DPS for the brand new Lunar-crystallize introduced in Genshin 6.3 banner. Zibai’s kit revolves around rapid Lunar-crystallize triggers. Her skill enters an enhanced state that infuses her attacks with and lets her generate Phase Shift Radiance, a resource to unleash her special skill. With Ascended Gleam, her fourth Normal Attack also becomes a Lunar-Crystallize hit, helping her build Radiance faster and maintain steady reaction output.

Most of Zibai’s damage comes from these repeated special Skills and the reaction hits tied to them. Lunar-Crystallize itself scales with both DEF and EM, and Zibai increases its base damage through her passives. So she wants high DEF and EM to pump out stronger and more frequent Lunar-Crystallize bursts.

 

Phase 2: Illuga

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Geo | Weapon: Polearm

Illuga is a 4-star Geo support designed for Lunar-crystallized reaction. Illuga’s kit revolves around buffing Geo damage and amplifying Lunar-Crystallize reactions. His Burst grants a 20-second state that provides stacks of Nightingale’s Song, each consumed to boost the active character’s Geo or reaction damage. If the hit is Lunar-Crystallize, the bonus becomes significantly stronger and scales from Illuga’s Elemental Mastery.

Illuga also supplies CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and EM to Geo teammates through his passives, making him a natural support for Geo reaction teams, especially the Lunar-crystallize team includes Zibai. To enhance his buffs, he primarily needs high EM, which directly strengthens every Lunar-Crystallize hit he enables.

Phase 1: Neuvillette

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Hydro | Weapon: Catalyst

Neuvillette, a strong Hydro main DPS who has been at the top of meta ever since he came out. Even nowadays he still perform well in Spiral Abyss and other endgame modes. Alongside with his rerun, a new skin for Neuvillette would also introduced in 6.3 version.

 

Phase 2: Ineffa

Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Electro | Weapon: Polearm

Ineffa is an off-field sub-DPS who brings in the Lunar-Charged reaction. Her Skill provides a shield that absorbs DMG based on her ATK. Her Burst gives a very strong EM buff to both Ineffa and your on-field character. You just put her with a decent Hydro applier, and she pumps out a lot of off-field damage while also giving very relevant EM support to your main carry. If you have Flins and want to boost his overall performance, Ineffa is a must-have for him.

Aubade of Morningstar and Moon

2-Pc: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.

4-Pc: When the equipping character is off-field, Lunar Reaction DMG is increased by 20%. When the party's Moonsign Level is at least Ascendant Gleam, Lunar Reaction DMG will be further increased by 40%. This effect will disappear after the equipping character is active for 3s.

This is obiviously Columbina's signature Artifact, so make sure farming it when 6.3 version release.

Wherever a Breeze Blows

2-Pc: ATK +18%.

4-Pc: When a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, gain the Blessing of Pastoral Winds effect for 6s: ATK is increased by 25%. If the equipping character has completed Witch's Homework, Blessing of Pastoral Winds will be upgraded to Resolve of Pastoral Winds, which also increases the CRIT Rate of the equipping character by an additional 20%. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field.

This one, however, is not for Zibai, it is better for Durin, Varka, and other Hexerei members who scale on ATK.
