Pulling plan | HSR 3.4-3.8

Currently HSR version 3.4 has been started, it means that the journey of “Flame Chase” has passed halfway, based on current HSR information, LD shop will provide a 3.4-3.8 pulling plan for your reference to arrange your pulling plan based on characters you have.

 

3.4 pulling plan:

New Characters

Phainon

Saber

Archer

The priority: Phainon > Saber > Archer

• Phainon:

Phainon is a physical destruction DPS. He uses his ultimate to transform into Khaslana. During the transformation, deploys the Territory "Ruinous Irontomb." Within the Territory, all enemies have Physical Weakness. And he can outputs devastating DMG with a new set of skills.

And his signature Light Cone can provide SPD& provide DMG which ignores parts of enemies’ DEF. It matches his mechanism.

The Phainon’s team can organized by 3 support Characters + Phainon, which can make Phainon outputs more damage. But there is risk for survival in long-term battle.

Overall, he is recommended to pulling.

The recommended sequence: E0S0>E0S1>E2S1>E6S1

 

• Saber:

Saber is a Destruction Path character with Wind combat type,

She is positioned as a Main DPS and takes action to use ultimate frenquently to output huge DMG, and after using ultimate, she has enhanced specialized basic ATK, which can cause DMG to all enemies. Not only she can deal with single enemy, but she can deal with enemies in group.

But her Eidolons (from E1 to E5) are not very high value to pull, but the E6 has very huge change for her.

Her signature Light Cone can increase CRIT DMG, and increase ATK when she uses ultimate. Additionally, it can regenerate energy , which can support her to speed up Ultimate cycling.

The team member can also organize by 3 support characters or 2 support characters+ 1 healer.

Considering the pulling period is long, you have much time to pull.

Recommended sequence: E0S0>E0S1->E6S1

 

• Archer

Archer is a Hunt character with Quantum combat type. The game characters given as gifts by HSR. He is a powerful single-target DPS. His mechanism is mainly using his skills non-stop, and his damage gets higher with high ATK& CRIT DMG.

And his signature Light Cone, you can get it if you consumed 200 Star Rail special Passes. The Light Cone has special stats and fits his kit perfectly.

His level1 Eidolon is cost-effective, it can restores 2SP for every 3 skills uses in one turn.

Recommended sequence: E0S0>E0S1>E1S1>E6S1

Tribbie

Sunday

Sparkle

For the 3 supporting characters, the priority: Tribbie>= Sunday> Sparkle

• Tribbie

Tribbie is supporting character who is highly versatile. She has capabilities to bring RES penetration , significantly boosting overall outputs DMG.

E1 is very cost-effective, which enables all team members to deal bonus True DMG to enemies by her Zone. Impactfully boosts whole team DPS , so E1 is value-added significantly.

Recommended sequence: E0S0>E1S0>E1S1>E6S1

 

• Sunday

Sunday is best team member for Phainon in V3.4, his single-target buff with energy charge, DMG boosts& debuff cleaning. And his skill can make main Carry take action immediately. It makes Phainon to culmulate "Coreflame" points quickly and output more DMG.

Additionally, he is also suitable for those DPS who has summons (especially Jingyuan & Aglaea etc.)

And his signature Light Cone is perfect to synergy for amplifying Sunday’s function in remembrance debuffs & deal DMG. Energy regeneration also supports Sunday to Ultimate Cycle.

Recommended sequence: E0S0>E0S1 is best stop-point.

 

• Sparkle

As supporting character in V2.X, she can make a character taking action immediately, and provides CRIT DMG& DMG boost, her ultimate can recover 4 skill points. But her mechanism is not very good if compared with Tribbie& Sunday.

If you want to organize team which contains all Quantum members, or supporting DPS who is skill points burning (like archer.) You can pull her.

Recommended sequence: E0S0>E1S0 >E2S0> E2S1

 

2^nd half of 3.4

Firefly

Jingliu

Blade

Although Jingliu& Blade are enhanced in V3.4, compared with new DPS, their capabilities are not very excellent.

For Firefly, if you have Firefly with E1, you can pull her to E2

So the rerun of these 3 characters , you can pulli them if you like.

 

• 3.5 characters foresee:

Hysilens is a Nihility with Physical type character. Based on current information leaked, Hysilens is Physical Dot character, who is compatible with other DOT character ( like Kafka.)

As we know ,Physical DOT(Bleed) deals DMG based on percentage of enemy’s max HP, making it effective against high HP enemy.

Maybe DOT team will be going to new stage with her coming.

 

The 2H of ver.3.5, Cerydra, the empress of Okhema, will release.

She is a harmony character with Wind type, who focuses on team supporting. Based on information leakage, she is an important team support in Phainon’s team. She is single-target supporter ,she has capability to provide buff to one character to make the character has extra turn to act., and her mechanism covers boosting skill damage, energy regeneration and SPD.

Maybe she is a new important supporting in many teams. Generally, Harmony supports are definitely worth pulling.

 

• 3.6 characters foresee :

Month of Evernight(SP March 7th)

Month of Evernight is a powerful DPS character after Phanion, Based on current information, she is a Remembrance character with Ice type. Her summon like jellyfish, which output AoE DPS. And her mechanism is consuming her HP to cause huge AoE DMG to enemies.

Terravox (SP Dan heng)

Terravox, who is new form of Dan Heng, is preservation character with Physical Type.

He can summon a dragon to grant one teammate shield, and team-wide DMG reduction.

He maybe final member in Phanion’s team.

The Phanion’s perfect team member: Phanion+Sunday+Cerydra+ Teravox.

And based on information leakage, Terravox as free-to-get-character, it may reduction the pressure to pulling for Phanion’s team.

 

• 3.7 characters foresee :

Cyrene

With the “Flame chase ” is coming to an end, Cyrene will be released.

She maybe a supporter with dual-form mechanics.

• Form 1 focuses on healing/defensive.
• Form 2 focuses on offensive/ debuff.

So she maybe an important supporter in some certain teams.

• 3.8 characters foresee :

Constance

She has appeared in PV, who maybe from the Garden of Recollection.

We speculation she is a Buffer, and has unique mechanism on “Scorched memory”.

Finally, in the future, Cerydra , Month of Evernight and Cyrene are worth pulling, so players should save your Star Rail special Passes, reasonable plan your pulling plan. Saber and Archer are long-period banner, there is no need to rush to pull.
