Silver Wolf fans are eating GOOD!
Her usual curled hairstyle has been swapped for a half-tied ponytail, giving her a noticeably more mature and composed look. Combine that with her signature deadpan expression — cold face, cute energy — and it’s hard not to fall in love with her all over again. And the glove… that mechanical-looking right hand is just something else. Her outfit also has noticeably more detail around the chest area.
Evanescia
Rarity: 5-star | Attribute: Physical | Path: Elation
Everything about Evanescia immediately grabs attention.
From her official artwork filled with cherry blossom imagery to her overall vibe, she’s heavily implied to be a Yae Sakura expy (yes, that Yae Sakura from Honkai Impact 3rd).
Evanescia will be an Elation Path main DPS, and she could easily become the core damage dealer for the entire Elation system. Think of how past meta-defining characters rewrote their Path’s playstyle — Evanescia feels like she’s walking straight into that role. The pre-set team of her would be Evanescia + Yao Guang + EMC + Huohuo.
Her weapon design deserves a special shoutout too. Instead of a katana, Evanescia’s blade looks more like a utility knife, complete with ruler-like markings. At first glance it’s hilarious — but the more you look at it, the more it works. Swapping a traditional samurai sword for a box cutter is such a bold move, and honestly? It gives her real personality.
There’s something weirdly cool about a student-coded character cutting through enemies with what looks like a stationery knife. It’s creative, it’s playful, and it fits the Elation theme perfectly. A utility knife as a weapon? Laughing while committing DPS — very Elation.

The first free 5-star character of Honkai: Star Rail 4.0 is finally here. The Trailblazer’s new Path has officially been revealed as Lightning / The Elation, and their weapon is a glow stick for cheering. Just imagine dancing and waving it around mid-battle like you’re hyping up a concert crowd — that’s peak Elation.

After the Version 4.2 update, character enhancements will be applied to the limited 5-star characters Firefly (Destruction: Fire), Huohuo (Abundance: Wind), and Seele (The Hunt: Quantum), as well as the standard 5-star character Welt (Nihility: Imaginary).
Conclusion
Both Silver Wolf and Evanescia are heading to Planarcadia. After being pretty quiet during the Amphoreus, it looks like the Stellaron Hunters are finally stepping back into the spotlight to carry the plot.
