The once-harassed Red Buff in the Canyon has finally turned the tables and stepped up as a boss—a menacing Crimson Beast!
Red BUFF
As a core jungle monster in the King’s Canyon, the Red Buff has been reimagined as a regional boss in Honor of Kings: World, located in the Smolder Valley within the Stargazing Mountains. Its overall power has been fully enhanced, fully showcasing its dominance as the ruler of the wilds.
The Crimson Beast stands tall and mighty, surrounded by blazing flames, glaring fiercely to warn all intruders. During battle, its fur ignites and glows like a burning sun, delivering an overwhelming sense of pressure that no enemy can ignore.
In terms of ability design, the development team has increased its overall damage output while still leaving players enough time to react and counter.
By carefully observing the boss’s movements and terrain features and mastering the battle rhythm, players can challenge it with greater ease.
Red Buff Moves – Gameplay
The official detailed move set has not yet been released.
However, based on gameplay previews and official introductions, we can infer its abilities as follows:
Claw Strike & Charge
As a massive beast, the Crimson Beast uses claw attacks and charging strikes.
These deal physical damage to nearby players and may knock them back or into the air, disrupting the team’s battle rhythm.
Flame Blast
Surrounded by flames, the Crimson Beast unleashes a powerful shockwave of fire at a target area.
It deals high damage to players within range and may apply a burning effect that inflicts continuous damage.
Sun’s Radiance
Its fur heats up amid the flames and emits a bright, sun-like glow.
This ability may deal area damage or slow nearby players, restricting their movement and damage output.
Area Control Skill
It may launch area-control effects such as brief stun, root, or silence.
These limit player movement and skill casting, raising the challenge of the fight.
