Normal Attack:Ground State Calibration

Basic Attack

Perform up to 4 consecutive attacks, dealing Fusion DMG.

Heavy Attack

Consume STA to attack the target, dealing Fusion DMG.

Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode

While in Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode, Basic Attack is replaced with Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode.

Perform up to 3 consecutive attacks, dealing Fusion DMG.

Can be performed in mid-air.

Mid-air Attack

Consume STA to perform Mid-Air Plunging Attack, dealing Fusion DMG.

Press Normal Attack shortly after performing Plunging Attack to perform Basic Attack Stage 3.

Dodge Counter

Press Normal Attack after a successful Dodge to attack the target, dealing Fusion DMG.

Press Normal Attack shortly after performing this attack to perform Basic Attack Stage 2.

Dodge Counter - Wide Area Observation Mode

While in Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode, Dodge Counter is replaced with Dodge Counter - Wide Area Observation Mode.

Press Normal Attack after a successful Dodge to perform Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode Stage 2.

Baseline Mode

While in her default Baseline Mode, Mornye gains Rest Mass Energy.

Heavy Attack - Geopotential Shift

When Rest Mass Energy reaches 100 points, Heavy Attack is replaced with Heavy Attack - Geopotential Shift.

Consume all Rest Mass Energy to cast Heavy Attack - Geopotential Shift, dealing Fusion DMGas Heavy Attack DMG. Afterward, shift into mid-air Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode.

Wide Area Observation Mode

Wide Area Observation Mode last for 30s.

- Upon entering Wide Area Observation Mode, Mornye generates a Interfered Marker.

- While in Wide Area Observation Mode, Mornye gains Relative Momentum.

- If Relative Momentum is below 100 when holding Normal Attack, perform Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode Stage 1 to 3 in sequence. If Relative Momentumreaches 100 during this sequence, cast Heavy Attack - Inversion instead.

- When Mornye is hit or launched, press Dodge to immediatelty return to normal state. This effect can be triggered up to 3 times. All charges reset when Wide Area Observation Mode ends.

- Mornye will leave the Wide Area Observation Mode upon landing after being launched.

Performing environmental interactions, using Utilities, switching to another Resonator or pressing Jump to land will end Wide Area Observation Mode.

Syntony Field

- Syntony Field lasts for 25s.

- When the Syntony Field is generated, all targets within its effective area take Fusion DMG, considered Resonance Liberation DMG.

- Continuously restores HP for all nearby Resonators within the Syntony Field effective area, triggered once every 3s.

- Increases the Off-Tune Level Buildup Rate of all nearby Resonators in the team within the range of Syntony Field by 50%.

- Enhances the resistance to interruption of all nearby Resonators in the team within the range of Syntony Field.

Heavy Attack - Inversion

- When Relative Momentum reaches 100 points, Heavy Attack is replaced with Heavy Attack - Inversion.

- Consume all Relative Momentum to cast Heavy Attack - Inversion, dealing Fusion DMG as Heavy Attack DMG.

- Heavy Attack - Inversion inflicts Observation Marker upon the target on hit, lasting for 30s.

Can be performed in mid-air

Observation Marker

When a Resonator in the team deals Tune Break DMG to a target with Observation Marker, and that target is also affected by Tune Rupture - Shifting or Tune Strain - Shifting, Mornye inflicts an Stay tuned lasting 8s.

Interfered Marker

Targets with Interfered Marker take increased damage from all nearby Resonators in the team. For every 1% of Mornye’s Energy Regen exceeding 100%, her damage increases by 0.25%, up to 40%.

Visual Field

When a Resonator in the team defeats a target with Observation Marker or Stay tuned, Mornye gains Visual Field for 3s. While in this state, Mornye inflicts Observation Marker on the target hit whenever any Resonator in the team deals damage.

Tune Rupture Response - Particle Jet

Mornye deals Fusion DMG to a single target affected by Tune Rupture - Interfered. This is considered Tune Rupture DMG.

Rest Mass Energy

Mornye can hold up to 100 points of Rest Mass Energy.

While in Baseline Mode, she gains Rest Mass Energy when performing Basic Attack, Dodge Counter, or when Resonance Skill - Optimal Solution hits a target.

Relative Momentum

Mornye can hold up to 100 points of Relative Momentum.

While in Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode, she gains Relative Momentum when Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode or Resonance Skill - Distributed Array hits the target.

Mornye's Energy Regen is increased by 10%.

Dealing Intro Skill restores 20 Concerto Energy, triggered once every 20s.

Casting Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode Stage 3 restores 20 Concerto Energy, triggered once every 20s.

Boundedness

Casting Resonance Skill - Expectation Error or Resonance Skill - Distributed Array grants Proof of Boundedness to all Resonators in the team:

- Proof of Boundedness lasts for 60s and can be gained once every 5 min.

- When the active Resonator would take damage greater than 30% of their Max HP, they instead take damage equal to 30% of their Max HP. This effect can trigger up to 3 times and is removed on the 3th trigger.

- When the active Resonator takes a fatal blow, they are not downed by this instance of damage. This effect can trigger up to 1 times and is removed on the 1th trigger.

- When Proof of Boundedness is removed, the active Resonator restores HP equal to 150% of Mornye's DEF.

Resonance Skill:Resolution

Resonance Skill - Expectation Error

Heal all nearby Resonators in the team and enter Parry state. Switching to another Resonator ends this mode immediately.

If attacked while in Parry state, automatically trigger Resonance Skill - Expectation Error, dealing Fusion DMG and clearing the remaining Cooldown of Resonance Skill - Expectation Error. Damage taken from the triggering attack is reduced by 100%.

If no target attacks during Parry state, press Normal Attack shortly after to perform Basic Attack Stage 2.

Resonance Skill - Distributed Array

While in Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode, Resonance Skill is replaced with Resonance Skill - Distributed Array.

Heal all nearby Resonators in the team and summon Hover Cannons to strike the target, dealing Fusion DMG.

Can be performed in mid-air.

Resonance Liberation:Critical Protocol

Attack all targets within the effective area, dealing Fusion DMG.

For every 1% of Mornye's Energy Regen exceeding 100%, this skill gains an additional 0.5% Crit. Rate (up to 80%) and 1% Crit. DMG (up to 160%).

When casting this skill, if a Interfered Marker is present, destroy it and generate a High Syntony Field.

Can be performed in mid-air.

High Syntony Field

- Lasts for 25s.

- Increases DEF of all Resonators on the nearby team by 20% within its effective area.

- Inherits Interfered Marker's resistance to interruption and Off-Tune Level Buildup Rate boost.

- Inherits Syntony Field's healing effect, with its healing Multiplier increased by 40%.

Resonance Liberation:Critical Protocol

Intro Skill

Convergence

Attack the target, dealing Fusion DMG, clearing all Rest Mass Energy and entering Basic Attack - Wide Area Observation Mode.

Outro Skill

Recursion

All Resonators in the team have their Coordinated Attack DMG Amplified by 25% for 30s.

Decoupling

Mornye can respond to Tune Rupture - Interfered and Tune Strain - Interfered.

Responding to Tune Rupture - Interfered: When the active Resonator deals damage to a target affected by Tune Rupture - Interfered, Mornye strikes that target with Tune Rupture Response - Particle Jet. This can occur once every 8s per target.

Responding to Tune Strain - Interfered: Each stack of Tune Strain - Interfered on the target increases Mornye’s total damage. Every point of Mornye’s Tune Break Boost grants an additional 0.12% total damage. While Mornye is in the team, the maximum stacks of Tune Strain - Interfered a target can have is increased by 1.

Mornye can perform Tune Break against targets whose Off-Tune Level is full.

 

Mornye Resonance Chain

1. The Silent Observer

Basic Attack – Wide Area Observation Mode, Heavy Attack – Geopotential Shift, Heavy Attack – Inversion, and Resonance Skill – Distributed Array become immune to interruption.

Mornye can now inflict Stay tuned even when the target is not affected by Tune Rupture - Shifting or Tune Strain - Shifting. Interfered Marker’s duration is extended by 150%s.

When Mornye applies Observation Marker, she also inflicts Interfered Marker.

2. The Entropic Morning Star

Interfered Marker and High Syntony Field further increase the Off-Tune Level Buildup Rate of all Resonators in the team by 20%.

Stay tuned gains additional effects: Damage dealt by all nearby Resonators to targets with Interfered Marker gains increased Crit. Rate. For every 1% of Mornye’s Energy Regen exceeding 100%, she gains 0.1875% Crit. Rate, up to 30%.

3. Blueprint of Recursion

Casting Resonance Skill - Distributed Array additionally restores 20 Concerto Energy and all Relative Momentum, triggered once every 25s.

4. Latent Variables of the Cosmos

The healing of High Syntony Field is increased by 30%.

5. The Clock-Slow Effect

The DMG Multiplier of Resonance Liberation - Critical Protocol is increased by 40%.

The DMG Multiplier of Tune Rupture Response - Particle Jetis increased by 160%.

6. Till the Last of Stars

Resonance Liberation - Critical Protocol deals additional Fusion DMG twice, each instance equal to 400% of its original damage. Both instances are considered Resonance Liberation DMG. If Mornye has not engaged in combat for over 4s, she restores Resonance Energy equal to 10% of her Max Resonance Energy, and the remaining Cooldown of Resonance Liberation - Critical Protocol is reduced by 2s.

 

Moryne Signature Weapon

Weapon: Broadblade | ATK: 413 | Energy Regen: 77%

DEF is increased by 16%. When casting a Resonance Skill, restore 8 Concerto Energy to yourself; can be triggered once every 20 seconds. When providing healing, increase the CRIT DMG of all nearby team members by 20% for 4 seconds. Effects with the same name cannot stack.
