Dialyn’s Kit Breakdown
Dialyn is an S-Rank Physical Stun agent from Krampus. She dishes out big chunks of Daze using her chunky portal attacks and brings a lot of utility to any team she joins. She provides a general team DMG Boost, a Stun DMG multiplier buff, and a Stun timer extension.
CRIT Rate transformation
The key of Dialyn’s kit is her Core Passive, features CRIT Rate transformation, Positive Review and Malicious Complaint. Once her impact stat exceeds 50%, every additional 1% of CRIT Rate is converted into 2 points of impact, up to 100. In practice, this means you don’t really need to build Impact directly on her; you build CRIT Rate, and the Impact comes along for the ride.
Positive Review
For Positive Review part, she passively accumulates 0.6 PR per second while in combat, store up to 120, and starts battle with 60. But the passive PR generation is quite slow, so it is better to build PR to answer calls in person, uses her EX Special ATK.
Dialyn’s EX Special Attack combo is always the same, Rock, Scissors, then Paper. Theses three EX Special Attacks cost 75 Energy. Like Ellen, there’s no clear “this is 75” mark on the energy bar, so you’ll end up eyeballing it a bit. Fortunately, the 8-second window between casts gives you time to build more energy with Basics, Dodges, or Assists if you need to. Every EX in the sequence also grants 7.5 PR, so a full triple EX combo gives you 22.5 Positive Review in one go.
Her signature trick of PR, is the ability to upgrade Chain Attacks into Ultimates when PR reach 90. With her in the party, almost anyone can do double ults in a Stun phase, and she can even open the Chain Attack window outside of Stun, which opens up some creative routing options. If you don’t have many premium Stunners, Dialyn is a fantastic pickup who fits into a huge variety of teams, especially for DPS relies on Ultimate to deal damage.

Malicious Complaint
The Malicious Complaint is tied to EX Special Attack: Paper! When Paper hits an enemy, it applies a debuff called Malicious Complaint. This debuff extends the stun timer duration by 2 seconds and increases the stun damage multiplier by 30%.
Customer Complaint
The next part of the Core Passive introduces a second resource: Customer Complaint. Whenever Dialyn reaches 90 Positive Review or uses her ultimate, she gains one Customer Complaint point. This is shown as the colored dot at the end of her PR bar. She can only hold one at a time. Her ultimate itself is a fun barrage of kicks ending in a flick that deals decent Daze, but interestingly, her triple EX combo actually has a higher Daze multiplier overall. One way to make the ultimate compete is by immediately cashing that Customer Complaint.
Overwhelmingly Positive
Dialyn has even more to her kit in the form of an additional ability. If your squad includes at least one Attack or Rupture agent, then whenever she uses an EX special or her ultimate, she grants the team a buff called Overwhelmingly Positive for 15 seconds. While this buff is active, allies deal 40% increased damage. You’ll see this represented as a little green phone icon with a timer. As long as the total duration is below 35 seconds, each new EX or ultimate extends the buff by 10 seconds.
Dialyn Skil Priority
For Dialyn, prioritize her Core Skill to increase the Impact and Stun DMG multiplier. Then upgrade the Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Assist to increase the Daze multiplier. Basic Attack and Dodge are not that important to Dialyn.

Dialyn W-Engines

Yesterday Calls
Rarity: S-Rank | Base ATK: 713| CRIT Rate: 24%
Why it suits Dialyn
This Signature W Engine is ideal for Dialyn because it provides a +24% CRIT Rate, which helps her to reach 100 CRIT Rate threshold easily. While Dialyn is off-field, she gains 1.5 energy regen per second, this fits her kit design. Additionally, her EX attacks can increase Daze buildup by up to 27% per stack, stacking 3 times. When fully stacked, the entire team gains a +30% CRIT DMG bonus for 40 seconds, enhancing both her personal output and the team’s overall damage potential.
Alternatives

Hellfire Gears
Rarity: S-Rank | Base ATK: 684| Impact: 18%
Hellfire Gears is suitable for Dialyn as it grants +18% Impact, and her EX attacks can further increase Impact by 10% per stack, up to two stacks. While Dialyn is off-field, she gains 0.6 Energy Regen per second, which is similar but lower than her signature W-Engine. As we mentioned before, Dialyn uses her EX Special Attack a lot, so she can easily get all buffs of this W-Engine. It's a budget option for who want to save Polychrome for Ye Shunguang.
A-Rank Options

Steam Oven
Rarity: A-Rank | Base ATK: 594| Energy Regen: 50%
It’s suitable for Dialyn as it boosts energy regeneration by 50%, helping her cycle skills more frequently. Additionally, for every 10 energy accumulated, her Impact increases by 2% (up to 8 stacks), which enhances her Stun-building capability.

Precious Fossilised Core
Rarity: A-Rank | Base ATK: 594| Impact: 15%
This works for Dialyn because it provides +15% Impact and an extra 20% Daze when the enemy’s HP is at 50% or higher. This dual boost to Impact and Daze buildup, especially against healthier foes, complements her playstyle of rapidly applying Stun and dealing effective damage.

Six Shooter
Rarity: A-Rank | Base ATK: 594| Impact: 15%
It fits Dialyn well as it grants +15% Impact. When she uses an EX special attack, each charge stack consumed (up to 6) increases EX Daze by 4%. This lets her ramp up Daze accumulation significantly during EX combos, making it ideal for her to quickly stun enemies and unleash high-damage follow-ups.

Best Choice

4-pc |
|
King of the Summit 2-Pc: Increases Daze of attacks by 6% 4-Pc: When the equipper is a Stun character and uses an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack, increases CRIT DMG of all squad members by 15%, and when the equipper's CRIT Rate is more than or equal to 50%, further increases CRIT DMG by 15%, lasting 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Passive effects of the same name do not stack. |
|
2pc |
|
Woodpecker Elctro 2-Pc: CRIT Rate +8% |
|
Shockstar Disco 2-Pc: Impact +6% |
|
Swing Jazz 2-Pc: Energy Regen +20% |
|
Moonlight Lullaby 2-Pc: Energy Regen +20% |
Dialyn is designed for a 4-pc King of the Summit setup. Her low-cost EX Special Attack let her reliably refresh the buff even if she doesn’t always go all the way to Paper, and she wants 50% CRIT Rate anyway to get the full 30% CRIT DMG bonus for the team.
For 2-pc sets, Woodpecker Electro’s 8% CRIT Rate is better than Shockstar’s extra impact until you get her to 100% CRIT. If your substats are cracked or you’re already satisfied with her stun power, you can experiment with sets like Swing Jazz or Moonlight for more energy regen.

Dialyn Teams
When it comes to teams, Dialyn is incredibly flexible. She’s mostly an off-field Stunner who drops in, does her EX combo, upgrades some chains, and leaves. In team order, she wants your main Attack or Rupture agent right before her in the lineup so she can benefit from her additional base damage scaling. If the DPS isn’t in that slot, she simply loses that extra scaling; it’s not fatal, but you’re leaving value on the table.

Dialyn Mindscape vs. Signature W-Engine
|
Mindscapes |
|
M1:Keep your service enthusiasm at max! At M1, her Positive Review accumulation from both passive gain and EX specials increases by 16%, and allies with Overwhelmingly Positive ignore 15% of enemy attribute resistance. This makes her build PR slightly faster from all sources and turns her damage buff into a resistance shred aura for all attributes, further reinforcing her as a universal buffer. |
|
M2: 24/7 Hotline Available M2 improves Malicious Complaint: enemies with it gain another 20% on the stun damage multiplier and take 15% extra damage, bringing her total stun multiplier bonus to 50% and adding even more generic damage bonuses. |
|
M4: The past never fades like smoke M4 gives her 20 energy at the start of combat and 500 Attack while Overwhelmingly Positive is active, helping her ramp into her EX combo faster and gently improving her own damage. |
|
M6: True Words M6 causes allies who enter via her ultimate upgrade to trigger extra Physical damage from Dialyn equal to 480% of her Attack, up to once per second for 12 seconds, counted as EX special damage. It’s yet another way for her to contribute more team damage on top of everything else. |
Overall, her signature W-Engine is a bit specialized but very strong: it gives crit rate, energy regen, extra Daze for EX specials, and a big CRIT DMG buff for the team. Her Mindscapes don’t unlock brand new mechanics but stack more buffs and multipliers onto a kit that’s already excellent.
If you’re picking where to invest, the recommendation is to prioritize the signature first for the immediate boost to her stun power, then consider M1 and M2 if you want to push her supportive ceiling further.
For short, the recommended pulling priority for Dialyn is M0S0 > M0S1 > M1S0 > M1S1 > M2S1 > M6S1.
Conclusion
It’s time to make a conclusion, if you don’t have many premium Stunners, Dialyn is one of the best you can get your hands on. She fits in wide range of teams, her buffs work all attributes, and she literally hands your allies extra Ultimates, which is an extremely powerful effect. She’s definitely worth your 5-star review~(ゝ∀・)
