Compare Top-Up Prices & Bonuses
For currency packs in the same game, divide the final price by the total currency you are eligible to receive. Use the same payment currency when comparing offers, and include only bonuses that apply to your account.

How long does a game top-up take?
Honkai: Star Rail top-ups typically arrive within 10 minutes. Other games and recharge methods have their own delivery estimates. For self-service purchases, payment may still need to be followed by redemption. Check the order status and any unfinished steps before placing another order.
Can I top up a friend’s game account?
For a UID-based product, the recharge goes to the character identified by the submitted UID and server. Confirm those details with the recipient. For self-service or assisted products, first establish who will complete the required login or verification steps; the recipient’s display name alone is not enough.
What if I entered the wrong UID or server?
Contact support as soon as possible with the order number, submitted details and the correct UID or server. Whether an order can be changed depends on its processing status. A recharge already delivered to another character may not be reversible.
What if my order is complete but the items are missing?
Check that you are viewing the correct game account, character and server. Confirm which item was purchased: premium currency, a pass and a pack can appear in different places, and daily pass rewards follow their own claim schedule. If the purchase is still missing, send support the order number and screenshots of the relevant balance or item screen.
